Freight charges shall be applicable over and above the invoiced value. All statutory duties and applicable taxes shall be levied additionally in accordance with prevailing regulations. Such charges shall be computed at the time of billing and reflected separately in the invoice. The entire amount towards freight, duties, and taxes shall be borne solely by the customer.
All goods once supplied shall be deemed final and shall not be eligible for return under any circumstances. The Company maintains a strict non-returnable policy owing to the sensitive and regulated nature of pharmaceutical products. All the Digital Devices shall get the warranty according to brand policy.
The Company is steadfastly committed to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of all proprietary and personal information.
